The design proof looked good once I got it, but it did take longer than I was expecting and I had to follow up a couple of times. I don’t know if that’s always the case or if it was just my order, but it felt a little slower than ideal...

The items themselves were fine, so I don’t think anything was actually damaged, but the box showed up squashed and one corner was open. Not a huge deal, I guess, but it definitely could’ve been packed better.
